Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation at the seventh meeting of the Directors of Public Security of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held at the GCC Secretariat General headquarters in Riyadh.
Lt. Gen. Al-Bassami conveyed to the participants the greetings of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and his wishes that the meeting would achieve outcomes that meet the aspirations of officials and contribute to strengthening security cooperation among the GCC countries.
The meeting discussed several security issues of mutual interest, reviewed the outcomes and recommendations of the joint security committees, and explored ways to implement them in support of Gulf security cooperation.
