Aramco announced its results for the third quarter of 2026, with adjusted net income rising 9% year-on-year to $31.2 billion, compared with $28.6 billion in the third quarter of 2025, underpinned by operational excellence, rapid restoration capabilities, flexibility, and resilience.
The Board of Directors declared a base dividend of $21.9 billion for the third quarter of 2026, up 3.5% year-on-year, to be paid in the fourth quarter. Downstream adjusted EBIT rose 234% year-on-year, driven by stronger refining margins.
Aramco said production commenced at the Zuluf crude oil increment, while other major Upstream projects remain on schedule, including Jafurah phase two, the Fadhili Gas Plant expansion, and the Dammam field development project.
The company also acquired a 49% stake in HUMAIN, involving a transfer of assets and approximately $2.6 billion in cash contributions, and signed a shareholders’ agreement to form a joint venture for mineral exploration and hard-rock mining.
Aramco President and CEO Amin Nasser said that despite the events in the region, the dedication of the company’s workforce, its operational excellence, and the strength of its supply network enabled it to continue delivering reliable energy to its customers.
“Backed by our strong balance sheet, we remain focused on the disciplined execution of priority projects, and on leveraging advanced technologies to enhance performance and unlock new opportunities,” Nasser said.
