President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Mazin bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous and Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) and Executive Director of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Monica Juma signed an agreement today at the UN headquarters in Vienna to implement capacity-building programs in promoting integrity and combating corruption from 2027 to 2029.

The signing ceremony was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Dr. Abdullah bin Khalid Tawlah.

The agreement aims to strengthen institutional capacity to protect integrity and combat corruption, develop expertise in related fields, and enhance cooperation through specialized programs and activities that contribute to efforts to prevent and combat corruption.

The agreement further strengthens the strategic partnership between Saudi Arabia, represented by Nazaha, and the United Nations, represented by UNODC, under the memorandum of understanding signed by both sides in 2018.
