JERUSALEM — Hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem on Wednesday morning to mark the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. RABAT — Fatima Zahra El Mansouri has been named Morocco’s first woman prime minister, after her centrist Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) won the most seats in last week’s parliamentary elections.
