RIYADH — Saudi Arabia registered a budget deficit of SR84 billion during the third quarter of 2026, according to the Ministry of Finance’s quarterly budget performance report released on Tuesday. Total revenues reached SR 259.11 billion during the third quarter while expenditures stood at SR343.42 billion. The report revealed a 23 percent decline in oil revenues reaching SR116.5 billion, while non-oil revenues rose by 20 percent to SR142.6 billion during the third quarter of this year. RIYADH — Saudi Arabia recorded a remarkable increase of 33.5 percent in foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows in 2025 compared with 2024, reaching approximately SR159 billion. The growth reflects the Kingdom’s increasing appeal to foreign investors and its continued progress toward achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
