The partnership will support early warning capabilities and deliver actionable intelligence on cyber risks affecting government bodies and critical infrastructure across the UAE
Cyble has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE Cyber Security Council to strengthen the country’s threat intelligence capabilities and protection of national digital infrastructure.
The agreement establishes a framework for Cyble to support the Council with advanced threat intelligence, early warning capabilities and actionable insights into emerging cyber risks. Government organisations and critical infrastructure operators will be among the principal beneficiaries of the collaboration.
Both parties will work to improve visibility into threat actors, malicious campaigns and vulnerabilities that could affect the UAE’s essential systems and services. The initiative also reflects the country’s growing focus on proactive, intelligence-led cyber defence as the threat landscape becomes more complex.
AI-powered threat detection
Cyble Vision, the company’s threat intelligence platform powered by Blaze AI, will play a central role in the partnership. The platform provides rapid threat detection, automated analysis and contextual intelligence covering ransomware, phishing, fraud and other evolving cyber risks.
Such capabilities can help security teams identify malicious activity earlier, assess its potential impact and prioritise responses according to national security requirements.
H.E. Dr Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE, said the agreement reflected a shared commitment to safeguarding the country’s digital infrastructure through advanced threat intelligence and proactive defence.
“The Cyber Security Council is committed to building strategic partnerships with world-class technology providers that strengthen the UAE’s cyber resilience at every level,” he said.
Dr Al Kuwaiti added that the collaboration would support the UAE’s ambition to remain at the forefront of global cybersecurity readiness.
Focus on intelligence-led defence
Beenu Arora, CEO and Co-Founder of Cyble, described the agreement as a strategic validation of the company’s capabilities at the national cybersecurity level.
Arora said the partnership demonstrated growing confidence in Cyble’s threat intelligence platform and highlighted the increasing importance of intelligence-led defence in protecting countries against sophisticated cyber threats.
The MoU also supports Cyble’s broader strategy of expanding its engagement with governments and regulatory authorities across the Middle East. Greater cooperation with national cybersecurity bodies could help the company align its intelligence capabilities with the region’s security, regulatory and critical infrastructure priorities.
For the UAE, the partnership adds another technology provider to the national cybersecurity ecosystem as the country continues to strengthen protection across government services, connected infrastructure and critical sectors.
